Do you substitute items in your baskets?
Occasionally substitution of items within our gift baskets may be necessary to ensure timely delivery. Substitutions will be made only with items of equal or greater value.  Quality will never be compromised.

Do you offer custom baskets?
Yes! We will custom design a basket for any occasion, budget, or special interest. We will also include company logo items, company colors and imprinted ribbon for our corporate clients. Call us at San Diego local (858) 449-6232 or toll-free (877) 300-1717 to discuss your specific requests.

How will my gift look when it arrives?
Your gift basket will be carefully packaged, covered with cello and topped with a hand-tied bow. A hand-written enclosure card will be attached to your gift basket with your own personalized message.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
We use the latest in security technology to ensure your personal and financial information will be protected.

What happens after I place an order?
You will be given a confirmation number on the "Thank You" page confirming that your order has been successfully placed. You will then receive an e-mail confirmation at the address you have provided.

How do I find out the status of my order?
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail within one business day of shipment along with the tracking number. You may then check the status of your delivery with the carrier's web site.

May I cancel an order?
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority at Creative Expression. We use the finest products and care in assembling your gift basket.  However, if for any reason you or the recipient are not satisfied, you may return the unopened gift basket for exchange or refund. 

How will my gift basket be packaged?
We use a special packaging technique to assure that your gift basket arrives in excellent condition. This includes wrapping your basket in cello and bubble wrap, packing surrounding areas in the shipping container with air pillows and adding structural elements to the package to assure that the bow and enhancements are not crushed.

When will my order be shipped?
Every effort will be made to ship your gift basket within 24 hours of receipt of order. Volume orders and orders placed during peak holiday seasons will require additional lead time.

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped via UPS or Fed-Ex Ground Delivery, unless expedited delivery is chosen.

How many days does it take to ship?
You may choose Ground Shipping which typically takes 2-7 business days depending on destination. Refer to shipping zone chart on our SHIPPING page. Expedited Air shipping may also be selected including 3-Day Air, 2-Day Air and Overnight Air.

How much does shipping cost?
Ground shipping is the most economical way to ship your package. The shipping cost is not included in the gift basket prices shown, but will be added to the order at checkout. What happens if I give the wrong address?
Please check address information very carefully prior to placing your order. If a gift is returned to us due to incorrect address information we will reship the gift to you or the recipient. You will be charged for the original shipping or delivery fees plus the redelivery or reshipping fees.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?
No, UPS and Fed-Ex will only deliver to street addresses.

If I order more that one gift basket, is there a discount on shipping?
No. Each gift basket must be individually packaged to assure that it arrives in perfect condition. You are only charged for actual shipping costs per gift basket, including packaging materials. We do not make a profit on shipping, but consider it a customer courtesy.

May I specify a certain delivery date?
Ground shipment delivery dates are NOT guaranteed. 3 Day Air shipments are guaranteed to arrive within 3 business day (not including the day it ships), 2 Day Air shipments are guaranteed to arrive within 2 business days (not including the day it ships). Overnight Shipping takes 1 business day (not including the day it ships). Carriers do not deliver on Sundays or major holidays.

Do you offer hand delivery of gift baskets?
Yes, in certain areas of San Diego County. Please refer to our SHIPPING/DELIVERY page for areas served and delivery rates.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, personal or business checks along with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax of 7.75% will be charged to California deliveries ONLY if the gift basket consists of principally non-food products.
